Membership T’s and C’s

General Terms

  • Each month class credits will be automatically issued which do not expire until the end of the season.

  • You will be issued one credit for a Level 2 membership and five credits for a Level 3

  • Credits will be re issued for any class missed due to rain or injury (subject to proof from a medical professional) however, all re-crediting is subject to High Fly’s discretion.

  • All credits must be used before the end of the summer season (September 27th 2026).

  • Memberships and credits can only be used by one person and are not transferable.

  • First Time Flyer classes may not be booked on weekends. Booking one will result in a charge unless you are ineligible for Returning or Frequent Flyer classes.

  • Unlimited Membership ( Level 4 ) is only available to students who meet the Returning and Frequent Flyer criteria

  • You may book multiple classes per day however, booking multiple spots within the same class is not permitted.

  • Any class cancelled with less than 96 hours notice will incur our standard cancellation fees, which will be charged to the card on file:

    • Less than 24 hours’ notice: £37.50

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice: £20

    • Less than 96 hours’ notice: £10

Level 4 – Unlimited Memberships Extra Terms

  • If you are unable to attend at least 8 classes per month due to injury, you will receive a £36 refund per missed class. At a maximum of £72 per remaining week of the month. 

    • Example: If you could not fly due to injury in the third and fourth week of the month, you would be refunded for four classes, totalling £142.00.

  • Refunds for classes cancelled due to rain will be issued when 5 or more of your booked classes are cancelled within a calendar month preventing you from booking at least 8 classes. As with Injury, these refunds are calculated at £36 per class, when the total of completed bookings is less than 8 in that calendar month.

  • Total refunds are capped at £288 per month.

  • Unlimited Fly operates by issuing 30 credits after each membership payment.

  • If you cancel your subscription during the season, all credits must be used by the end of that calendar month.

  • Should you wish to attend more than 30 classes in a month, please email us to request additional credits.

  • By signing up for Unlimited Fly, you agree to six recurring payments of £300.

    • If joining from April onward, please remember to cancel your membership before October. If you forget and are charged during the winter season, we will refund the payment minus a £10 administration fee.

  • We reserve the right to update our Terms and Conditions at our discretion.
